• Prawn Mayonnaise – with little gem lettuce, dusted with paprika
• Chicken Mayonnaise – with little gem lettuce, finished with chives
• Ham Hock, Cheddar & Honey Mustard Mayonnaise
• Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese – topped with capers and dill
